Not for families looking for safety
The location was convenient and we had a nice clean room upon arrival which was a relief, especially with my daughter in tow. But when I reported the door issue I felt reassured initially that it would be sorted, but that turn of events shook me.
It wasn’t exactly cost-effective for the kind of place I ended up staying in, much too risky for a family.

The room was spacious and clean, but the noisy bar across the street made it hard to sleep at times. The staff were really helpful, which made up for it, though!

Quirky charm and cleanliness
Had a solid stay here for 3 nights! The place has a cool vibe and it's super clean. WiFi was great. Staff were friendly and gave a proper warm welcome, but it gets a bit noisy at night. Location’s perfect for checking out the town! A nice bar area to chill and unwind too.

I loved my few nights here, especially the warm shower and how comfy the beds were after a long day of sightseeing. We enjoyed chilling on the patio with some live music, which was a nice surprise. The only little hiccup was figuring out the tricky access card at first, but overall, a fun stay! 😊

It wasn't exactly a steal, but it sufficed.

Just a smart choice for a brief pit stop in Liverpool with fantastic value for money. The family room was lovely, with comfy beds and a fantastic shower. Be prepared for some loud music from the pub below.

Rooms feel cramped. a double room often only fits a small bed and limited hanging space. Some showers show signs of mold, and the sound from the bar below can disrupt sleep, especially on weekends. Staircases are narrow, which might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. WiFi struggles to reach the rooms, and the occasional noise from outside can be distracting, though it's expected in a central location.
