Charming hotel, nice staff, good wi-fi. Spotless and updated, fantastic value rooms with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. Great and brilliant location, walking distance from Liverpool One Shopping Complex, loved this place. Close to train stations in the good area. Very quick check in and an excellent service throughout my stay. Late check-out;)))

Not for families looking for safety
The location was convenient and we had a nice clean room upon arrival which was a relief, especially with my daughter in tow. But when I reported the door issue I felt reassured initially that it would be sorted, but that turn of events shook me.
It wasn't exactly cost-effective for the kind of place I ended up staying in, much too risky for a family.

The room was spacious and clean, but the noisy bar across the street made it hard to sleep at times. The staff were really helpful, which made up for it, though!

Quirky charm and cleanliness
The place has a cool vibe and it's super clean. WiFi was great. Staff were friendly and gave a proper warm welcome, but it gets a bit noisy at night. Location's perfect for checking out the town! A nice bar area to chill and unwind too.

I loved my few nights here, especially the warm shower and how comfy the beds were after a long day of sightseeing. We enjoyed chilling on the patio with some live music, which was a nice surprise. The only little hiccup was figuring out the tricky access card at first, but overall, a fun stay! 😊

Budget option for solo hustlers
Had a hands-on experience with the staff, they were downright friendly and always willing to lend a hand when I needed directions. The place was clean and I appreciated the comfortable bed, helped me recharge for my next move.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but it sufficed.

Convenient location and friendly staff
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main shopping street, and I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room could have been larger and had better amenities for a comfortable stay.
